Returns Policy

Goods can only be returned if the following criteria have been met:

-          The goods have been purchased less than 28 days ago

-          The goods are unsoiled, undamaged, and unused

-          The goods have not been personalized in any way 

 

 

1)       Telephone us on 01453 890506 so we can discuss your problem before taking action

2)       After being told that it’s suitable to return your product, please re-package the goods, preferably in the original packing materials

3)       Take goods to post office and obtain a receipt for the postage, and a certificate of postage. We recommend insuring the parcel against loss or damage

4)       If you live close-by, please drop in and we will be happy to provide a refund or replacement if the above criteria of the goods has been met

In the very unlikely event that you feel the item you have purchased doesn’t meet a correct standard, and you are unhappy with the quality, please return the item for our inspection, following the procedure indicated above.
